Job summary

The Singapore Public Service invites experienced civil/environmental engineers to join HDB towns. You will plan and manage civil engineering projects, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate with government agencies to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore, with experience in infrastructure, geotechnical, traffic or hydraulic projects and familiarity with engineering design

Qualifications

Bachelor/masters in Civil or Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
Experience in infrastructure, geotechnical, traffic or hydraulic projects.
Knowledge of engineering design/analysis software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage civil engineering projects including infrastructure and geotechnical works.
Conduct feasibility, traffic impact, and environmental studies.
Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
Coordinate and supervise tendering, design, supervision, and project management of consultancy and construction works.
Ensure projects meet budgets and deadlines.
Engage with government agencies and stakeholders.
