You will oversee infrastructure and building development from feasibility through handover, steering planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of infrastructure planning, project development, construction, or capital project delivery.
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, transportation, logistics, or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and building development projects from feasibility studies through final handover.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, progress tracking, and governance activities.
• Coordinate architects, engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and business stakeholders.
• Translate operational and business objectives into practical development and infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee tendering, contract administration, procurement, and construction management activities.
• Ensure compliance with development regulations, safety standards, project schedules, and budget targets.
• Drive the adoption of smart technologies, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives across projects.
