Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Civil Engineer Lead to spearhead civil activities for a semiconductor front-end FAB project at Woodlands North, Singapore.

You will plan infrastructure, earthworks, underground utilities, drainage and external works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals. The role requires strong project management, technical leadership and regulatory compliance, with lead roles in RFIs, design changes and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering, infrastructure or large-scale proj exp.
• Proven leadership of civil engineering activities and contractor management.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regs, BCA and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering activities from planning through construction execution.
• Review designs, drawings, specs and construction methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex civil matters.
• Coordinate resources and teams to meet milestones.
• Manage site development, earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
• Oversee contractors, schedules, RFIs and design changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
