Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Advisory Services team, providing civil input for due diligence, feasibility studies, and proposals across Buildings, Transport, Power & Energy, and Environment accounts. You will work flexibly across live opportunities, aligning with deadlines and client needs.

Reporting to the Head of Advisory, you will translate complex civil concepts into client-ready content, coordinate with a wider discipline network, and contribute to scoping

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of civil engineering experience in structures, geotechnical, marine/coastal, or transport infrastructure.
• Experience with technical due diligence, feasibility studies, or bid submissions is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical civil details into client-ready content under deadlines.
• Engineering degree in civil engineering; PE/CEng or equivalent is advantageous.
• Comfort working across multiple proposals and sectors, not just one project.
• Experience in civil/structural consulting, geotechnical or marine engineering, or related teams with bid exposure.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil engineering content for advisory proposals and due diligence reports across buildings, transport, energy, and coastal assets.
• Support Key Account Managers and Head of Advisory according to deadlines and pipeline urgency.
• Coordinate with wider civil/structural network for input, benchmarks and precedent.
• Contribute to scoping and costing of civil workstreams in advisory proposals, including site and geotechnical considerations.
• Maintain a library of proposal-ready civil content, case studies and credentials.
