MIE-TECH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Civil Engineering professional to lead construction site operations, coordinate planning, and manage field crews across a major project in Singapore.

You will oversee site layout, surveys, setting out, and scheduling while ensuring safety, environment protection, and adherence to specifications. Proactive problem solving and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in construction site operations is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction operations for a project.
• Develop site layout and undertake surveys; set out sites.
• Prepare work schedules and manage equipment and materials.
• Organize workers and safeguard the environment on site.
• Review plans for constructability, efficiency, and safety.
• Develop cost estimates and prepare bids.
• Manage subcontractor firms and site reporting paperwork.
• Collaborate with the owner to ensure project requirements are met.
• Resolve on-site technical problems and coordinate field-to-office work.
• Gaining additional education and training; use AutoCAD and MS Office; schedule in MS Project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Equivalent / Degree or Diploma.
