Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project activities to achieve milestones and quality standards
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to align objectives and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress regularly to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and compliance with design and safety requirements
• Enforce safety regulations and company safety policies on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize resource utilization and workflow
• Identify and resolve technical and engineering challenges to keep project progress on track
• Ensure projects comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
