Job summary

OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks detail‑oriented professionals to support tender submissions and documentation. The role involves reviewing tender information, preparing method statements, and coordinating with consultants and authorities to ensure timely submission.

You will assist in planning resources, analyzing risks, and drafting comprehensive tender responses to optimize project outcomes across tender and execution phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender prequalification exercises.
• Review tender documents and summarize critical information.
• Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
• Compile and prepare tender queries and responses to tender queries.
• Analyze tender documents, formulate requirements and signals risks and opportunities with management.
• Contribute to planning of people and equipment to optimize the project program during tender and execution phases.
• Draft method statements and execute, monitor and follow-up production and/or cost calculations.
• Prepare and monitor tender progress.
• Coordinate with tender team/consultants/government agencies to obtain information for tender submission.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.
• Prepare and carry out tender presentations.
• Monitor market for upcoming tenders and gather information.
