Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and interpret structural and architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis for structural integrity and feasibility.
• Prepare design reports, method statements, and technical submissions for authorities (BCA, LTA, etc.).
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro and other engineering software for design and drafting.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and design discrepancies arising on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and MOM / BCA / Workplace Safety requirements.
• Assist in tender preparation, cost estimation, and material quantity take-offs.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and authorities as required.
• Support continuous improvement in construction methodologies and best practices.
