Job summary

Newsolution Construction & Material Trading PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Lead to develop and monitor master and short-term programmes, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring milestones are met on site.

The role emphasizes evaluating construction techniques, on-site problem solving, safety compliance, and timely financial closure through claims processing and quality plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes to ensure project milestones are met
• Evaluate the suitability of construction techniques and method statements to optimize project efficiency and safety
• Perform simple design calculations to support technical decision-making during project execution
• Oversee daily project operations to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical problems encountered on site to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Communicate effectively with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations
• Verify that all construction activities comply with specific drawings, certifications, and quality requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors across all projects to ensure seamless collaboration and task completion
• Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping practices at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage the processing and finalization of claims to support project financial closure
