Job summary

CATIG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to plan and supervise overall site works, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will prepare shop drawings and materials for approval and assist in resource deployment on major projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field and has hands-on experience coordinating site activities, reviewing drawings, and maintaining

• Experience coordinating site activities with subcontractors and client teams.
• Ability to prepare and submit shop drawings and materials for consultant approval.
• Strong organizational skills to deploy resources and monitor progress on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate overall site works with subcontractors and other trades.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and documents for approval.
• Assist Project Manager in organizing resources and tracking deployment.
• Attend site matters and address complaints related to projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve technical issues.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, quality completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure works align with contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site procedures.

• Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.
• Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
• Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
