Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant investment experience in asset management or family office.
- Hands-on management of multi-asset portfolios across public and private markets.
- Experience in asset allocation, portfolio construction, rebalancing and risk management.
- Proven ability to build or enhance investment functions, governance and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall investment strategy and asset allocation.
- Lead portfolio construction, capital allocation, rebalancing and exits.
- Oversee due diligence of external managers and direct investments.
- Establish investment governance, processes and reporting standards.
- Provide independent investment advice to Principal and senior stakeholders.
