Qualifications

• 8–15 years in private banking, asset management, or institutional portfolios.
• Strong foundation in equity and multi-asset portfolio construction with a track record of performance.
• Boutique or lean setup experience; hands-on, self-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead discretionary and advisory portfolios across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies, with accountability for performance and risk management.
• Develop and execute investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction in line with client objectives.
• Conduct deep market and fund research; generate actionable investment ideas and manage implementation.
• Act as the investment lead in client discussions, articulating portfolio rationale, market outlook, and strategy with confidence and clarity.
• Partner with client advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver personalized proposals and portfolio reviews.
• Oversee model portfolios and internal funds, serving as a reference for client portfolios.
• Continuously enhance investment processes, analytics, and governance frameworks to support scalability.
