Well-Balanced Family Chiropractic Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking a dedicated chiropractic clinic assistant to support daily operations and patient care. You will help manage clinic flow, appointments, and basic treatments with training provided.

The role offers a base salary with performance incentives, opportunities for free chiropractic treatment, and medical claims support. Weekend work is required, and teamwork plus strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work both weekends (5 days work week).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Working experience in healthcare / hospitality / sales settings is preferred. Training will be provided.
• Team work, organised, multi-tasking, enthusiastic and motivated

Responsibilities

• Assisting clinic flow and day to day operations
• Perform basic treatment modalities with training provided
• Explain treatment programs
• Managing patients' appointments
• Administration duties
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
• Handling payments and billings
• Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
