Job description

Service

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
• Lead by example through professional conduct and excellent hospitality standards
• Address and resolve service issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service efficiency
• Uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in daily operations

Management

• Maintain high standards of customer service through active supervision of staff
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance development programmes
• Ensure restaurant operations comply with company policies, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements including NEA regulations
• Enforce discipline and maintain professional conduct among team members
• Foster a positive working environment and strong team morale
• Manage manpower scheduling and staff leave to ensure optimal workforce planning
• Oversee proper receiving, checking, and storage of inventory
• Handle administrative duties and ensure timely reporting to headquarters

Sales & Finance

• Oversee outlet financial performance including profit and loss management
• Implement cost control measures while maximizing revenue and guest volume
• Safeguard cash handling processes, gift vouchers, and claims approvals
• Ensure accuracy of daily sales records including cash deposits and credit card transactions
