Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3+ years of Chinese kitchen experience.
• Familiar with basic kitchen techniques and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient prep per recipes and chef instructions.
• Cook using stir-fry, steam, deep-fry and other basic techniques.
• Plate and garnish dishes for presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with receiving goods and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ad-hoc duties by Head Chef.
