Job summary

HIPPOT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled cook to manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and freshness in line with SOPs and NEA hygiene standards.

You will prepare, cook and serve a range of items per the menu, maintain cleanliness and safety, operate and care for kitchen equipment, and assist with inventory and stock ordering. The role requires flexibility to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good culinary skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness according to SOPs and NEA guidelines for hygiene and safety.
• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
• Ensure general kitchen cleanliness, tidiness and safety, and hygiene in food preparation and storage per NEA guidelines.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventories, stock ordering management.
