Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service industrial chillers, cooling towers, and pumps in Singapore. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, replace components, and assist with testing and commissioning of cooling systems.

Working days are Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) with OT paid. Roles are based on-site at Woodlands Industrial Park and Changi North Street, requiring adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Servicing: Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers cooling towers, and pumps.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Inspect systems for mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults, monitoring operating pressures, temperatures, and flow rates.
• Repairs & Overhauls: Carry out component replacements, leak repairs, brazing, and major chiller overhauls or compressor swaps.
• Testing & Commissioning: Support the installation, start-up, and performance testing of new or serviced cooling equipment.
• Reporting & Compliance: Document service records, log readings, and ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards.
