Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an experienced HVAC technician to service industrial chillers and HVAC systems at customer sites, diagnose faults, and perform commissioning and testing of new installations.

You will provide on-site support, liaise with customers and contractors, prepare detailed service reports, and uphold safety standards with occasional standby duties for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, HVAC or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in industrial HVAC, chiller servicing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of industrial chiller and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Carry out commissioning, testing and verification of newly installed chillers.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate servicing with customers and contractors.
• Prepare service reports and document findings, recommending preventive measures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all service activities.
• Standby duties for emergency breakdowns as required.

Job description

Duties:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of industrial chiller and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control system faults in chiller equipment.

Carry out commissioning, testing and performance verification for newly installed chiller systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Liaise with customers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to coordinate servicing, repairs and commissioning activities.

Prepare service reports, document findings and recommend corrective and preventive maintenance measures.

Ensure all service activities comply with workplace safety requirements and established procedures.

Provide on-site support at customer locations and participate in standby duties for emergency breakdowns when required.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma, Nitec, Higher Nitec or relevant technical qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, HVAC or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial HVAC, chiller servicing, maintenance or related engineering fields prefered
