Job summary

Recruit First Pte Ltd is hiring for a Site Execution & Field Coordination role in Singapore on a 6-month contract outsourced to our client. You will supervise daily sub-contractor installation work, ensuring alignment with approved design specs and active management of permits and safety processes.

Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on M&E building experience, familiar with local site safety protocols and main contractor

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in M&E building construction, HVAC retrofits, or solar PV engineering.
• Familiar with local site safety protocols and main contractor workflows.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Field Coordination – Supervises daily sub-contractor installation work, ensuring alignment with approved design specs.
• Permit & Compliance Ownership – Manages end-to-end site clearances, work permits, and safety passes (e.g., MOM, factory, special facility access).
• Progress Tracking & Documentation – Maintains daily site diaries, tracks milestones, and documents quality checklists for client billing.
• Variation & Cost Monitoring – Reviews material requisitions and deliveries; escalates budget variations or delays early.
• Testing & Commissioning Support – Coordinates testing phases with equipment vendors for chiller handovers and solar PV grid connections.
