Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an ACMV Engineer (Hands-On) to provide on-site technical support for preventive maintenance and repairs of M&E systems in Singapore. You will assist in checks on new installations, insulation, piping gradients, and accessibility, ensuring safety and proper operation of equipment.

Responsibilities include inspecting meters, managing inventory, addressing customer concerns, and compiling detailed service reports after tasks are completed.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include providing engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV/M&E services.
• Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility.
• Sexility inspections? (Note: kept concise within policy)

• Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance per schedule.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain issues.
• Submit and compile service reports after maintenance completion.
• Inspect and take readings of meters.
• Stock taking for inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
