Job summary

The Alliance Française de Singapour invites applications for the position of Children’s and Teens’ Programme Coordinator at our Language Centre. You will plan, organise, oversee and develop all activities related to registration and administration for toddler, children’s, and teens’ courses.

You will supervise the registration team, coordinate workflows, support teaching staff, and contribute to educational projects and teacher development.

Qualifications

• Planning, organising, overseeing and developing all activities related to registration and administration of toddler, children’s, and teens’ courses.
• Supervises the registration team dedicated to toddler, children’s, and teens’ classes, organises workflows and coordinates daily activities.
• Provides guidance and support to administrative and teaching staff of the Language Centre.
• Initiates, leads and supports educational and pedagogical projects, and contributes to teacher training and development.

Responsibilities
