Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
• Internship/volunteer experience in special needs or child work is desirable.
• Experience in research projects is advantageous.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to provide high standard of patient care.
• Able to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychometric assessments for CDU cases.
• Assist in parent talks and group programmes.
• Administer developmental assessments for funded research study.
• Coordinate data collection, entry, and maintenance of research databases.
• Maintain study-related equipment per accreditation standards.
• Ensure adherence to study protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in study coordination and provide administrative support.
• Support psychologists in delivering interventions and group sessions.
• Prepare and conduct parent talks and distribute screening questionnaires.
