• A recognised bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant management experience, including substantial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business strategy, operational management, financial oversight and organisational leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage performance and drive organisational improvement.
• Good knowledge of corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with senior management and stakeholders across functions and locations.
