Job summary

The Singapore Resort & Spa is seeking a Cluster Director of People & Culture to lead and shape the strategic direction of People & Culture operations across Sofitel Singapore Sentosa and Raffles Sentosa Singapore. You will champion a culture of excellence, inclusivity and engagement while driving talent and organisational effectiveness across the properties.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will partner with hotel leadership to design cluster-wide HR strategies, oversee workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior managerial appointment in the hospitality industry.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality sector, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or branded portfolios.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong human relations and influencing skills.
• Strong communications (verbal and written), planning and coordination skills.
