Job summary

BACHY SOLETANCHE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily site maintenance activities for heavy construction equipment in Singapore.

You will manage a team of mechanics and technicians, implement preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant and equipment on site. The ideal candidate has at least 30 years of hands-on experience, a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering, and a proven supervisory

Qualifications

• Minimum 30 years of experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a Chief Mechanic or Senior Foreman (E&M).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
