Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with the Company's objectives.
• Identify business opportunities, market trends, expansion plans and strategic partnerships.
• Lead business transformation, organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new ventures, acquisitions, investments and expansion opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth, market share and competitive positioning.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance, budgets, forecasts and targets.
• Monitor profitability, costs and financial metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective cost control, cash flow management and utilisation of resources.
• Evaluate financial viability and returns of new outlets and major investments.
• Oversee operations of all restaurants, central kitchens and business units.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and efficiency.
• Monitor performance through reviews, inspections and audits.
• Drive productivity, inventory control and wastage reduction.
• Resolve major operational issues and ensure business continuity.
• Provide leadership to department heads and senior management.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment and workforce development.
• Ensure accountability for performance, conduct and management across departments.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Exercise disciplinary authority within policies and laws.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork and performance excellence.
• Exercise executive authority in managing the Group's operations.
• Set priorities, objectives and management expectations.
• Direct and supervise management to ensure policy execution.
• Make resource allocation decisions within approved limits.
• Review management performance and take corrective actions.
• Resolve interdepartmental issues and ensure cross-unit accountability.
• Escalate major investments to the CEO/Board for approval.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, customer traffic and revenue.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning and customer acquisition.
• Establish customer service standards and monitor satisfaction.
• Drive improvements in food quality, service and guest experience.
• Protect and strengthen the Group's brand image.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management and major purchasing.
• Ensure competitive pricing, quality and supply continuity.
• Monitor inventory and wastage reduction.
• Coordinate central kitchen production, hygiene and distribution efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, safety regulations and licensing.
