Job summary

White-Kyi-Kyi Employment Agency is seeking a Chief Cook for a neighbourhood food shop in Singapore. The role requires split shifts (5:00am-9:00am and 4:00pm-8:00pm), including weekends and public holidays.

You will prepare and cook local cuisine with emphasis on quality and hygiene. You will supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory to avoid waste, and coordinate with counter staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of local cuisine and techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities
