Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially focused professional to manage a chemical trading portfolio from Singapore. You will drive sales growth, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will coordinate with logistics teams, perform market research, and prepare budgeting and forecasting reports. The role demands 3–5 years in chemical trading or related sectors and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or Chemical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in chemical trading, petrochemicals, commodities trading, or related commercial environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned product portfolio to achieve sales, GP, volume, and profitability targets.
• Execute sales and product strategies to drive business growth.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Support business development initiatives and expand the customer base.
• Prepare sales, market, and performance reports, including budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective business operations.
• Support departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
