Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking production staff to carry out filling operations for hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide, ensuring targets and quality standards are met. You will prepare containers, inspect and wash equipment, and manage packing, barcoding and material receiving tasks.

The role requires adherence to QMS, EMS and OHS guidelines, proper PPE, and safe handling of chemicals. You will help maintain a clean production area and support supervisor-directed improvements.

Qualifications

• Follows SOPs and PPE guidelines.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation is preferred.
• Able to operate basic production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling operations for hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide according to targets and quality standards.
• Prepare, inspect and wash containers before production.
• Carry out loading, palletising, strapping, packaging inspection and shrink wrapping.
• Handle materials, generate and print barcodes, and perform material receiving activities.
• Monitor production process parameters and record readings on check sheets.
• Operate production equipment and handheld tools; use the NAV system.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and assist with line improvements.
• Follow QMS, EMS, OHS requirements and SOPs.
• Wear PPE and comply with chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
