Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet quality and output targets.
• Address process deviations promptly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Take over production responsibilities during operator absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment.
• Document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
• Collect and analyze production data, prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
