The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of plant lab experience, a diploma in chemistry or related field, and a keen eye for detail. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a chemical plant laboratory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using Rubber, Solid, Slurry, and Gas Chromatography techniques.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and balances.
• Prepare samples per established protocols including extraction, dilution, and filtration.
• Record and interpret test results with meticulous documentation.
• Assist in method development and validation efforts to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow quality control procedures and calibrate equipment to maintain reliability of results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory procedures in a clean, compliant lab.
• Troubleshoot instrument or method-related issues with colleagues and support teams.
• Support inventory management for laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
