Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to restaurant standards
• Manage daily operations of an assigned kitchen section
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste and presentation

• Monitor food stock and minimise wastage
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow recipes, portion control and company procedures
