Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to support the omakase kitchen, handling food preparation and ensuring high quality plates for pickup at our Orchard/Raffles Place venue.

The role involves assisting senior chefs with prep work, washing, and cutting ingredients, while monitoring kiosk orders for accurate self-serve assembly. Candidate will adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards and participate in a 5-day, 9-hour work week.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week and 9-hour shifts.
• Attention to food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation and production for omakase concept.
• Maintain high quality standards for all dishes.
• Assist senior chefs with washing, cutting and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor tickets from self-order kiosks and assemble dishes for self-serve counters.

Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Days: 5 Days 9 Hours
Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC)

Job Scope:

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept)
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
