Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice for our Orchard/Raffles Place location in Singapore. The role involves supporting kitchen operations, food prep, and ensuring quality of dishes for self-serve counters.

Training provided, 5-day work week with 9-hour shifts. You will assist senior chefs, maintain food safety standards, and help deliver high-quality meals to customers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle food preparation and production for omakase concept.
• Maintain high quality standards for all dishes.
• Assist senior chefs with washing, cutting and prepping ingredients.
• Monitor self-order kiosks tickets and assemble dishes for self-serve counters.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the workspace.

Kitchen Apprentice

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Working Days: 5 Days 9 Hours

Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC)

Job Scope:

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept)
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
