• Control food cost and operation costs when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues to supervisors.
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
