• Represent charitable organisations professionally at campaigns, events, and outreach activities to enhance public engagement
• Conduct friendly, face-to-face conversations with members of the public to communicate charitable missions effectively
• Raise awareness of charitable causes by clearly explaining their mission and impact to diverse audiences
• Listen actively to public needs, respond to questions, and provide clear, accurate information about the charity
• Deliver professional and positive customer experiences that foster community trust and support
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with community members to strengthen ongoing engagement
• Support charity campaigns, promotional activities, and public engagement initiatives to increase outreach effectiveness
• Collect and analyse feedback and insights from the public to improve outreach strategies and campaign impact
• Develop and apply skills in customer service, communication, relationship management, and leadership through practical experience
