Job summary

Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth is offering a GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme (GRIT@Gov) in the Charities Unit to develop fresh graduates’ industry-relevant skills for future full-time roles in Singapore’s charity sector.

You will assist with digital transformation, business analysis, user testing, and project coordination while researching AI and emerging technologies and supporting process improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse business processes, identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Familiarity with digital technologies and emerging tools.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and managing several workstreams.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and system enhancement projects.
• Assist with business analysis, user testing and project coordination.
• Conduct research on AI and emerging technologies.
• Support process improvement initiatives and prepare reports and presentations.
• Liaise with stakeholders, vendors and partner agencies.
