Job summary

Apple in Singapore seeks a Senior Planner for the Pacific Reseller Operations team. You’ll partner with reseller partners and internal teams to balance demand, inventory and sell-through across Southeast Asia.

You will develop forecasts, manage allocations, and communicate status to partners to maximize revenue. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management and the ability to influence multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field; MBA/Masters or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the demand and backlog data with customers on distribution flexibility, inventory and sales data to drive POS in-stocks and maximise revenue and sell-through.
• Develop supply and demand forecasts for selected products, reviewing supply, sell-in forecast and ensuring sufficient backlog and credit to support.
• Review weekly allocation plan and ensure supply visibility is communicated to partners in a timely manner.
• Act as the single point of contact for communicating operational issues and solutions to accounts.
• Work with functional experts to understand account business problems and processes and drive resolution in a timely manner.
