Job summary

Apple seeks an experienced Planning Manager for Southeast Asia within the Pacific Reseller Operations (PAC RO) team. You will partner with thousands of external Reseller Partners and internal operations to drive CPFR, forecasts, and inventory optimization across the region.

This role covers Southeast Asia markets; a BA/BS in Business or related field with 3+ years in supply chain planning and strong analytics is required, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• 3+ years planning experience in supply chain or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; adaptable to fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the demand and backlog data with customers to drive in-stocks and maximise revenue and sell-through.
• Develop supply and demand forecasts and review weekly allocation with partners.
• Communicate order status and product availability to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business problems and drive solutions.
