Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Change & Capability Partner for the Manufacturing Excellence Programme in Singapore. You will land the change plan, drive communications and rollout training across sites, waves and squads, ensuring rhythm and adoption on the floor.

You bring 5+ years in change management, capability deployment and learning rollout, with strong manufacturing or MES/digital adoption experience. You will work with the People Team CoE to sustain standards.

Qualifications

5+ years in change management, capability deployment, learning rollout or complex programme execution.
Delivery of change and capability plans across multi-site environments.
Manufacturing or MES/digital adoption experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Run the change plan across phases, sites, waves and squads, tracking milestones and communications.
Draft and land the change narrative with leader cascades, manager toolkits and FAQs.
Maintain stakeholder maps, coordinate workshops, and surface adoption barriers early.
Deploy learning pathways and run capability assessments with data feedback to the CoE.
Monitor pulse, readiness dashboards and reinforce adoption post go-live.
