Job summary

ResMed Singapore is seeking a Change & Capability Partner to drive the Manufacturing Excellence Program transformation. You translate change and capability strategy into actionable plans, calendars, communications and training rollout for all sites, waves and squads.

You will partner with the People Team CoE, deploy learning pathways, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and monitor readiness and adoption through dashboards and pulse checks, delivering evidence-backed improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run the change plan and its rhythm across phases, sites, waves and squads.
• Draft and land the MEP change narrative for leaders and staff.
• Coordinate workshops, briefings, and manager cascades across functions.
• Track actions, risks and dependencies, reporting to the Director, People Business Partnering.
