Job summary

GE Aerospace Singapore seeks a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process and finished engine components, ensuring they meet detailed specifications.

The role supports Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers, collecting data on part quality and preventing non-conforming items from advancing. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering and ability to read English SOPs.

Qualifications

• QC experience in repair of aircraft engine components.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Read and understand SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of parts meet specification requirements.
• Ensure proper work clearance, correctness and completeness.
• Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station.
• Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluations and audits.
• Collect data and feedback on the quality of parts inspected.
