Job summary

Republic Polytechnic’s Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management is recruiting a Manager/Senior Manager to rapidly understand our logistics and supply chain capabilities, and to propose relevant consultancy and technology solutions that meet business needs.

You will lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics process reviews, identify opportunities in process digitalisation, AI, visibility, IoT and warehouse automation, and drive innovative digitalisation projects while supporting outreach

Qualifications

• Experience in leading supply chain and logistics process reviews.
• Ability to propose consultancy and technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation and digitalisation trends.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools and Google Workspace for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand company logistics and supply chain capabilities to propose consultancy and technology solutions.

[What you will be working on]

• Able to quickly understand company's logistics and supply chain capabilities to meet business needs to propose relevant consultancy and technology solutions
• Execute end-to-end supply chain and logistics process review for process, digitalisation, AI, visibility, IoT and Warehouse Automation Opportunities
• Implement innovative and impactful digitalisation, LEAN process and warehouse automation projects to industry
• Support outreach events with setup and assisting in demonstrations

[What we are looking for]

Business development:
• A driven self-starter that actively keeps abreast with business needs and can quickly put together proof-of-concepts to meet business needs
• Sell to both business leaders and operations staff the benefits of process and technology innovation
• Strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to execute impactful supply chain projects

Familiarity in implementing:
• Process improvement using LEAN, swimlane and other process discovery tools
• practical Warehouse Automation possibilities and technology trends
• Office 365 tools (including PowerAutomate, PowerBl, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc) and Google Workspace/ Cloud tools like Google Appsheet
• Motivated to explore, learn and apply new technologies in warehouse automation, AI and physical AI
