RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client, a leading education and student care organisation, is recruiting a Centre Manager to oversee daily centre operations, student services and administrative activities at the Central Singapore location.
You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, engage parents, monitor programmes and safety, conduct tours for prospective families and prepare centre-level reports.
Our client is a leading education and student care organisation providing structured after‑school programmes and enrichment services for primary school students. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Centre Manager to oversee daily centre operations, student services and administrative activities. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring programmes, student activities, facilities and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise, guide and support centre staff, including manpower coordination, work allocation, training and performance follow-up.
Manage parent engagement and maintain regular communication with parents, students and relevant external stakeholders regarding centre activities and services.
Monitor programme delivery and operational standards, ensuring activities are conducted according to established procedures and service requirements.
Conduct centre tours and provide prospective parents with relevant information on programmes, facilities and operational arrangements.
Prepare and maintain centre-level reports covering student enrolment, operational expenditure, manpower deployment and staff training.
Ensure proper student attendance, safety and timely transfer arrangements between schools, the centre and designated activity areas.
Work closely with management on operational matters, process improvements and other centre-related projects.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management, Education or related fields with 2 years’ relevant experience.
Experience in education, student care, enrichment or centre operations.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to manage centre operations, staff scheduling and administrative tasks.
Primary school teaching experience will be an advantage.
