Curos Learning Pte Ltd seeks a Centre Manager to run a Singapore centre with a principal-like remit: own the experience, the team, parent relationships, and centre growth. You will lead a warm, hands-on team focused on enrolment growth, student safety, and delivering Curos’ holistic programme.
You will oversee daily operations, implement curriculum delivery, manage tours and sign-ups, and build strong word-of-mouth through exceptional family experiences.
Curos is a holistic after-school care centre with locations across Singapore. We're looking for a Centre Manager to run their centre like a principal runs a school - owning the experience, the team, the parent relationships, and the growth of the centre.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads with warmth, manages children well, and takes real pride in building something. Your focus is leading your team, growing enrolment, and making your centre the one families recommend to their friends.
Growth & Enrolment
Own your centre's enrolment growth and retention targets, treating the centre as your own to build
Conduct centre tours for prospective families - telling the Curos story, understanding each family's needs, and converting enquiries into sign-ups
Build strong word-of-mouth by creating an experience current families are proud to refer
Work with the marketing team to translate campaigns into enrolments on the ground, and feed back what you're hearing from parents
Student Management & Safety
Manage and engage a large group of mixed-age primary students, keeping them positive, focused, and well-behaved throughout the session
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child at all times - including safe, timely transitions from school to centre and supervised dismissal
Maintain a secure, orderly environment and respond calmly and effectively to any incident or emergency
Programme & Curriculum
Oversee and deliver the centre's holistic curriculum - planning content, assigning duties, setting timelines, and managing resources in line with Curos' pedagogy
Plan and facilitate special events and excursions during MOE school holidays (rotational full-day shifts required)
Work with internal teams and external vendors to source and budget for holistic programmes; present all recommendations to leadership for sign-off
Introduce new value-added offerings (e.g., parent talks, enrichment workshops) to deepen the holistic experience
Centre Operations
Manage daily centre operations including scheduling, homework supervision, make-up lessons, and administrative processes
Serve as the main point of contact for parent enquiries, billing, and ongoing relationship management
Lead centre-improvement initiatives - identify needs, develop plans, secure leadership approval, and oversee implementation
People Leadership
Lead, develop, and support a team of teachers and assistants
Set clear performance goals, track progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback
Coach and nurture team members with guidance and support as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Business Management, or a related field
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build parent relationships, inspire staff, and collaborate across teams
Genuinely passionate about nurturing children, with a track record of improving student outcomes and parent satisfaction
Organised and proactive - able to manage daily operations while keeping sight of longer-term centre goals
We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
