Job summary

Search Avenue is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of both centres, driving enrolment, retention and service targets. You will lead and coach Customer Service Officers to deliver outstanding service and build strong relationships with parents and students.

You will manage enrolments, scheduling and centre administration, collaborating with teachers to ensure a positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in education/retail/service/hospitality
• Proven ability to manage sales targets, customer service standards and operational KPIs
• Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in handling parents, staff matters and service escalations.
