You will ensure integration, accountability, and timely delivery of milestones, interfacing with Principal Investigators and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or higher education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Centre Grant KPI Management – track KPIs and alert CG Directors when risks arise.
• Budget and Claims Management – manage budget and timely submission of claims and virements.
• Grantor Progress Reporting – prepare and submit annual/ad-hoc reports to grantors (e.g., NMRC).
• Governance Coordination – coordinate across Cores and Research Themes for SAB and Steering Committee meetings.
• Meeting Coordination – organise internal and external meetings for the Centre Grant.
• Training Programme Administration – administer the grant training programme with institutional partners.
