Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations in kitchen and manage staffing
• Manage workers' preparation standards
• Ensure Production SOP are safely upkept
• Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
• Handling store's stockkeeping and upkeep
• Quality control checks on products manufactured in central kitchen
• Scheduling of deliveries
• Ensure timely filing of daily reports to management
