Job summary

SBM MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive venue crew member to assist with setup, logistics, and post‑event duties at a Central Singapore venue. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure layouts align with event plans and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include moving furniture, setting up AV equipment, and handling post‑event dismantling. The role requires physical fitness and collaboration across teams, with consistent daytime hours from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift and move furniture and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and supervisors.
• Ensure layouts match event plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging tables, chairs, and other furniture according to event layout plans.
• Set up audio-visual equipment, staging, and signage as required.
• Help with unloading, moving, and organizing event materials.
• Maintain safe lifting practices and keep walkways clear.
• Make quick changes to layouts based on client or supervisor instructions.
• Assist with dismantling, packing, and restoring the venue after events.
