RTX is seeking a motivated Operations Cell Leader to manage day-to-day activities within our Aerospace MRO environment. You will oversee a cross-functional cell, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance and assembly tasks, material flow, and production schedules focused on reducing turnaround time and costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in production or manufacturing.

• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.

• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required operations metrics and goals.
• Supervise the Assistant Foremen, Workshop Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors and develop a self-directed, multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training.
• Guide the cell workforce to meet targets for quality and on-time delivery, and drive root cause analysis when targets are not met.
• Implement production and overtime schedules and procedures, and allocate manpower and resources to maximise productivity.
• Control production activities, material flow and inventory used by the cells to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high operating efficiency for the operations cell.
• Assist the Department Manager in all cost issues related to the cells to meet revenue/profit goals.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service and Materials to achieve cell goals and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture.

Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Operations Cell Leaders to manage day-to-day activities within our Aerospace Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environment. The Cell Leader will oversee a cross-functional cell — ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance and assembly tasks, material flow, and production schedules all focused on driving turnaround time (TAT), cost, and quality improvements.

What You Will Do

• Ensure compliance of standards to drive CORE (Customer Oriented, Results & Excellence), EH&S and Ethics culture.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

• 2-3 years' experience in production, operations, or manufacturing with supervisory management.
